If you grew up in Ireland, you know the food. A proper breakfast to start the day, a chipper tea after the match and a good dinner with a pint. Big Dave wanted Maroubra to have all of it.
So that's what this is: an Irish kitchen, cooking fresh seven days a week. Breakfast from 7am, with rolls stacked with rashers, sausages, black and white pudding and egg. Chips cut fresh and fried in beef tallow, with proper McDonnells curry sauce. Spice bags, taco chips, fish and chips and more.
It's the food people miss from home, made the way it's made at home, by people who'll ask how you're getting on and actually wait for the answer.
And around the back there's The Síbín, our bar and restaurant, for a sit-down dinner, a pint and a session.
